This is something very personal and close to our hearts.

In the last 3 months, two dear female friends had died after a long and painful battle with cancer. They were in their early 30’s and one of them had left behind two beautiful children.

Cancer does not discriminate.

At the next Markets@Jaya One, we are privileged (and feel strongly about this) to have Passionately You as one of the key participants.

Bettr Weekends No 4!

We're back again with the fourth installment of Bettr Weekends at Markets@Jaya One!

Organizing an event of this magnitude is never easy and will naturally come with a whole list of 'challenges'. We're no stranger to that and it was all well worth the effort!

We're really pleased and excited that this time around, we have secured an even better (no pun intended) location for Bettr Weekends within Markets@Jaya One.

A big thank you to all who have participated so far and most importantly a big thanks to you.

Look forward to seeing you there!

The oceans supply us with an abundance of food. As a food loving nation surrounded by seas, seafood is a big part of our local diet. However, we should not take our seafood for granted.

While many of us have heard of the problems of over fishing and a dwindling supply of seafood, we often tend to think that these are problems of those subsistent on cold water fish trawled from the deep oceans of the Pacific and Atlantic. Endangered seafood may gain prominence in more exotic species such as Cod or Yellow Fin Tuna, and few of us could imagine the humble Ikan Kembung ever making it on the list. However, this is only testament to our ignorance on the subject.

No More Yes.
